Israel faces the hearings of the World Court on Gaza Aid

The relationship between Israel and the United Nations- already framed of mutually recrimination- has been immersed by the nose since the beginning of the war. United Nations officials and institutions have Israeli policies expressed publicly and repeatedly. Israel has accused the United Nations of prejudice and says that UNRWA is infiltrated by Hamas and its allies.

The UNRWA has fired several employees accused of taking part in October 7, 2023 led by Hamas, attacks that turned on the war, eliminating others.

The hearings were the last shots for Israel in international legal institutions in the middle of the Israel campaign against Hamas in Gaza. About 1,200 people were killed and 250 took hostage in the attack led by Hamas at 2023 at the southern Israel. The subsequent offensive of Israel against Hamas killed over 50,000 people, according to Palestinian health officials, who do not distinguish between civilians and fighters.

Last year, the world court held multiple auditions in a petition from South Africa that Israel was committing genocide in the Gaza Strip. Israel strongly rejects the accusation, claiming that he fought in accordance with international humanitarian law and that all decisions are carefully supervised by military councilors.

The judges of the World Corte have yet to govern on the matter, but have issued an injunction in May by ordering Israel to reinforce at least partially his military operations in the southern city of Gaza of Rafah. The Israeli forces eventually seized Rafah's control, leveling most of the city.

Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli Prime Minister, as well as Yoav Gallant, a former defense minister, also face exceptional arrest mandates by the international criminal court, a separate international legal organ. Karim Khan, the court prosecutor, also asked Mandati against three leaders of Hamas, all killed by Israel.

On Monday at a press conference, Gideon Saar, the Israeli Foreign Minister, tried to reject the accusations that Israel was violating his obligations pursuant to international law. “This case is part of a systematic persecution and delegitimization of Israel,” he said.

The ordinary Gaza complained of the increase in the price of basic raw materials under the pressure of the block. In some cases, restrictions have transformed the search for nourishing food into a daily struggle.

During the ceased the fire, many Gazas were finally able to buy fresh meat and vegetables that flowed from the hiking. But with the crossings now closed, the price of the flood – including the base stables – has increased dramatically, according to several Palestinians in the central and southern Gaza.

Maher Ghanem, residing in the central city of Gaza of Deir Al-Balah, described to spend his days waiting in line in the charity kitchens managed by groups of aid or scanning markets for any food that could afford.

“What we are going through in Gaza cannot be called life,” he said.
